Elite Style Belts and Apparel sales are non-refundable. Elite Style Fitness offers exchanges within 14 days of delivery. If your belt or clothing is received Defective or damaged please submit an exchange request to email@example.com.
If the customer receives an item that's defective, damaged or is sent the wrong item by EliteStyleFitness, the customer is not responsible for shipping as this is no fault for the customer.
If the customer orders the wrong item or the wrong size; the customer is responsible for sending that item back to EliteStyleFitness. Once the item is received and inspected by an ESF rep, the customer will receive an invoice for shipping via email or text and has up to 72 hours to pay before their order is canceled. The shipping rate invoice must be paid before any exchanges can be made.
If the item requested is out of stock at the time of your request, we will issue a store credit of the same value.
We will NOT ACCEPT exchanges for belts/clothing that have been worn, tags removed, washed or altered.
All Accessories sales are FINAL unless received damaged or defective. If your accessory is received damaged or defective, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days to qualify for an exchange or store credit of the same value.
